Spicy Jicama Dippers
1 jicama, peeled and sliced into wedges
1 lime, juiced
1/8 t. cayenne, ground (adjust to your preferences)
1/2 t. sea salt (adjust to your preferences)
Method
Squeeze lime juice over the jicama wedges. In a small bowl mix the salt & cayenne, sprinkle over the jicama. Serve like this or to dip into guacamole instead of tortilla chips. Yum!
